Hmm.. I'm gonna go with The Empty Child/The Doctor Dances story.
Well I've seen The Talons of Weng-chiang and Magnus Greel is on the run from Time Agents when we encounter him :)
all I no is that the earliest one i fink was tha talons of weng chiang, but it could be the doctor dances, i dunno realli, dunno the point of sayin anythin lol
