The Doctor and Rose have just had a "good night in".
Rose - "Oh and by the way, I didn't take the pills."
Rose looks over the Doctor, and see's a 5ft spider. The Doctor suddenly turns into a maggot. All the patients around the hospital pulled off their masks to reveal they're all Hitlers. And Chip turns into Eva Braun.
